The success of any manufacturer lies in striking a balance between efficiency and quality. We, Sunrise Pottery Works, in order to imbibe the virtue of excellence of products and service in each of our members, have been in a constant pursuit of perfection. Founded over four decades ago by Mr. Ramjibhai Maru, the company began with only 10 employees and forming process was used instead of casting. The products were transported on camel carts and even in the absence of modern technology and automation the founders will of fire was what kept the company going.

By establishing a self regulatory operations mechanism we have been able to curtail any dependency on individuals and stabilize production. The processes used for manufacture are optimized to minimize wastage and keep operational costs to a minimum. Besides, the quality control mechanism is inclusive of every employee and ensures that the highest levels of quality are maintained, this quality can be seen in our Ceramic Urinals and Water Closets.
We use the highest quality washed clay which is thoroughly cleaned off any impurities by our subcontractors. This sort of clay is required to maintain the high quality of slip. Furthermore, the quality control team rigorously tests the material before sending for production.
Ball Mill: The pebbles we use for grinding are of the same size and are not prone to wear after extended periods of usage.
